Losing Weight with the help of the YMCA

Being poor can have it benefits, one in which I am taking advantage of. If your income is under a certain amount you can get free membership to the YMCA; that is how me and my daughter have access to their gym. It has only been a week and I have lost 22 lbs. working out at the gym on a daily basis.
I still have a long way to go but it is a good start.
Check with your area YMCA to see if you qualify for a membership scholarship. The membership includes fitness center, swimming, discounted programs, and access to other areas design only for members.
